Hello,
I am Tom Cash. I would like to discuss how you went about tracing the Cash name.
I've never attempted to find my "roots" so to speak and am interested in how to get started.

I am helping a Cash family member write his autobiography. I will let you know if I come up with any information that might be helpful to you. I have spent a great deal of time researching the Cash family history.

I knew and corresponded with Don Leslie Cash for several years back in the 1970s. He gave me a copy of his thesis and a hand-painted (by him) Cash crest.
I'm descended from Howard Cash Sr, through his son Jesse Cash >Jesse Thompson Cash > Jesse Martin Cash > Martin Thompson Cash.
Only one question: Whence came the middle initial 'C' for Howard Cash Sr?

Hello, I am Connie Mary Pruitt Dalton. My mother was Juanita Mary Cash Pruitt. Daughter of Tom Cash of Banks County. Sister of Eliane and Louise and Tom Bell Cash. Her uncles were Otha Cash, Nelson Cash, and had many relatives in Habersham county. I was born when my mother was in her forties and she died when I was in my twenties. I do not have a firm foundation on the family history. I would like to know where we fit in. I have heard these names for years. I can remember a woman in the mountains when I was young that was going to write a book about the family. She had a chair and other items that came off a ship when some family member came over.
